Missing an Institution?

If your university, technical university, or health training college is not yet verified in Gradely, message us on WhatsApp with the name of your institution and a copy of the official grading regulations from your student handbook. We verify and add new institutions promptly!

Helpful Information to Include

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your Gradely app version (e.g. Version 1.1)
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version
  • Your institution and programme of study
  • A brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred
